SHIPPING POLICY

Overview We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong.
How your order gets to you
Day 0 — Order placed: You place your order and receive an automatic confirmation email. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify.
1–2 business days — Processing: We verify your order details and pass it to our fulfilment partner for packing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2–4 business days — Dispatched: Your order is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is emailed to you. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to show live updates.
In transit — Delivery by region (see below): Your parcel is on its way. Track it anytime using the link in your dispatch email or on our Track My Order page.

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year), and factors outside our control.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime on our Track My Order page. Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch — this is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days from dispatch, please get in touch.
Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether your order will be subject to additional charges.
Lost or missing orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, first check your tracking link and your local post office. If you believe your order is genuinely lost, contact us at orders@tripzoa.store within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund. We cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Incorrect address or failed delivery If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund excluding shipping costs.
Multiple items in one order If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. This is normal — don't be alarmed if your tracking shows only one item has shipped. The rest will follow shortly.
